Jiangyin dayi precision forging Co.,Ltd. was established in March 2008, is located in Jiangyin Chengjiang Industrial Zone (South) Xiejing Road No. 10. Mainly engaged in the following three types of product manufacturing, processing and marketing.
First, oil drilling, drilling joints, oil drilling parts manufacturing, processing.
Second, a variety of flange ring, bearing ring, ring gear grinding ring manufacturing process.
Third, a variety of automotive forgings such as the axle tube, flange, forged connecting rods and other processing.
The company has hot forging, hot stamping, heat treatment and machining capacity, specializing in deep hot stamping, grinding ring and small pieces of forging, hot forming technology allows the use of advanced forging punch punching products with less material, shape precision, metal flow line is more reasonable. Thus improving the mechanical properties and load carrying capacity.
The main equipment: 8000KN, 12500 KN hydraulic press, 500E grind ring type machine, 4000KN, 6300KN double-disc friction press, 370 roll forging machines and other thermoforming equipment. There are a variety of machining equipment, lathes, high precision CNC lathes, small drill press, milling machines and other equipment.
